Leaders discussed a potential price cap on Russian oil during the 3-day meeting, president Biden later announced banning the imports of Russian gold (a significant export that rakes in tens of billions of dollars for Russia).

Barclays is Buying Mortage Lender Kensington for $2.8 Billion

The deal is supposed to expand Barclays' reach of its offering in Britain's housing market.

Kensington has around 600 employees and has originated approximately $1.9 billion of mortgages in the year to March 31.

Meta Working on a Metaverse Wallet for Digital Items

According to CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, "in the future there will be all sorts of digital items you might want to create or buy" and "proof of ownership will be important, especially if you want to take some of these items with you across different services."

Social media giant Meta is working on a wallet for the metaverse as the company is expanding its NFTs test and launching new features for creators on Facebook and Instagram.
